Northern Wasco County People's Utility District issues this notice of an Invitation to Bid for the purpose of soliciting sealed bids for construction services, including the supply of necessary labor and equipment to support the District in electrical utility distribution construction and maintenance services to be known as the Marina Service Rebuild project.
Contractors submitting bids are required to either mail or hand-deliver two (2) bound hardcopies and one (1) CD, USB or similar electronic pdf addressed to “Northern Wasco County PUD, c/o Nathan Ericksen – “Marina Service Rebuild” at 2345 River Road, The Dalles, OR 97058, no later than October 29, 2018, at 11:00 A.M. Pacific Daylight Time. Bids submitted after that time will not be opened. The District may reject any or all Bids submitted, or cancel the ITB if the District deems doing so would be in the public’s interest.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 in the District’s Public Meeting Room at 2345 River Road, The Dalles, OR 97058. There will be a short Q&A session. Contractors will need to visit sites prior to bid submission the PUD will be accompanying on site visits. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory. A question cutoff will be in place on October 22, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. all questions will be answered and included as an addendum to the bid.
