Northern Wasco County PUD (NWCPUD) can be an excellent partner in your company’s communication deployment plan by utilizing the District’s distribution poles. To attach communication facilities to the District’s distribution poles, a Wireline and/or a Wireless Pole Attachment Agreement needs to be in place.
Once the District has a valid Pole Attachment Agreement, a Pole Attachment Application must be submitted through the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS) whereby the District will review, process, and issue a permit to attach before most attachment activity is to be initiated.
