This collective fund gives a helping hand to customers who are struggling to pay their electric bills via community and customer donations. All donations are matched by the PUD.

You can sign up by completing this Neighbor to Neighbor Donation Form (PDF) to make a one-time payment, have a small monthly contribution automatically added to your bill each month, or have your bill rounded up to the nearest dollar amount with the ‘Roundup’ going to the program. You can also make your contribution on a separate check made payable to “Neighbor to Neighbor” and mail it to our office or dropping it in one of our payment boxes.
All contributions are tax-deductible.
