Call Northern Wasco County PUD’s 24-hour operations center at 541-296-2226 to report the location and circumstances of an outage. Press 1 to report the outage using our automated system, or press 2 to speak to a customer service representative. During large outages the line may be busy due to the high volume of callers.

Report an outage online using Northern Wasco County PUD’s SmartHub application by logging on to your SmartHub account using your mobile device or personal computer.
Northern Wasco County PUD does our best to keep you informed of power outage updates posting information to our website and social media outlets.
