EEUP for Appliances
This traditional Energy Efficiency Upgrade Program (EEUP) offers rebates for the purchase of energy-efficient, hybrid heat pump water heaters and Energy Star rated clothes washers and refrigerators. New for 2019, our Low-Income Energy Efficiency Upgrade Program (LIEEUP) for Tenants and Landlords offers double rebates to qualifying households. *** Customers applying for Clothes Washer or HPWH rebates must have an existing electrically powered water heater to be considered eligible for rebates. ***
The following Traditional EEUP rebates are available for the purchase and installation of the following Energy Star-rated appliances by NWCPUD customers within our service territory:
- Refrigerator: $30
- Clothes Washer: $75
- Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH): $300 (Tier 1) or $500 (Tier 2/3)
The following LIEEUP for Tenants and Landlords offers double rebates for the purchase and installation of the following Energy Star-rated appliances by NWCPUD customers within our service territory:
- Refrigerator: $60
- Clothes Washer: $150
- Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH): $600 (Tier 1) or $1,000 (Tier 2/3)
