EEUP and IQEEUP for Weatherization

Our traditional Energy Efficiency Upgrade Program (EEUP) and our Income-Qualified Energy Efficiency Upgrade Programs (IQEEUPare for single-family, residential customers living in electrically heated homes.

At the homeowner or landlord’s request, we will visit your home and perform a free energy efficiency analysis to assess the insulation levels in the attic, walls, floors, and crawlspace, and the condition of your doors, windows and HVAC ductwork.  After the assessment is complete, we will provide recommendations based on the highest possible energy savings and a list of rebates eligible for completed measures.

New in 2019, we are very excited to introduce our IQEEUP for Tenants and Landlords.  This program will provide double rebates to landlords and property owners of qualifying renters.

* Rebate amounts will not exceed 80% of the cost to purchase and install upgraded unit or measure (unless noted).  All programs subject to funding availability. 

Only existing electrically heated homes qualify for our rebate programs.  If you are adding rooms, gutting and remodeling, or planning new construction, these rebates DO NOT cover these activities.  Any weatherization measures completed prior to the initial audit DO NOT qualify for a rebate.

EEUP/IQEEUP Energy Efficiency Assessment Application

This form is to be filled out by NWCPUD customers who heat their homes with electricity and would like to have an energy audit performed in order to be considered for energy efficiency rebates. Once your form is submitted, the NWCPUD will call you to schedule an energy audit.
