EEUP for Weatherization

NWCPUD’s Traditional Energy Efficiency Upgrade Program (EEUP) for Weatherization is for single family and multi-family residential customers living in electrically heated homes.

At the homeowner or landlord’s request, we will perform a virtual or in-person Rebate Eligibility Assessment (REA) to assess the insulation levels in the attic, walls, floors, and crawlspace, and the also confirm the type and condition of your doors, windows and HVAC ductwork.

After the eligibility assessment is complete, we will provide recommendations based on the highest possible energy savings and a list of rebates eligible for completed measures in the form of an REA Report.

Any weatherization measures completed by Contractor or Homeowner prior to a completed REA will not be considered for rebates. Thank you for your consideration.

An online application option is available and is located at the bottom of this page.
