The District requires on‐call construction flagging services for up to 5‐years. Contractor will be required to assemble plans and apply for permits required for all District projects requiring flagging. Contractor will be required to attend weekly scheduling meeting for flagging needs required for projects. Contractor will be expected to present timelines required for permits and plans in order to keep projects on track. The successful contractor will be expected to: 1. Attend weekly scheduling meetings. 2. Provide timelines for permitting and plan assembly. 3. Have crews available within 1 hour for emergency work 24 hours 7 days a week. 4. Have multiple crews available to assist multiple District crews with flagging needs during concurrent times.
