Discounts for Income-Qualified Customers
Northern Wasco County PUD is offering residential bill discounts of 10% to 35% for income-qualified residents. Customers must be verified that they a part of an income-qualified household to receive a discounted rate.
The federal Low Income Household Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) guidelines are followed for determining income qualifications. Income certification is provided by Mid Columbia Community Action Council, Inc. (CAP Office) at 312 E. 4th Street in The Dalles, Oregon.
